“We must go beyond textbooks, go out into the bypaths and untrodden depths of the wilderness and travel and explore and tell the world the glories of our journey.”

NZ School Life Updated

by  Harir Zharfan Zainal Abidin

10/12/2012: In the morning, we made our way to AIS St. Helens by mini bus, drove by Ustaz Kalam. We had a briefing with Mr. Mike Roberts, academic vice president. He told us about cultural shock, a normal problem faced by new students in ais st helens. Then, we had an english proficiency test after that, we were separated based on our marks.

After the school session ended, we went for shopping at Queen Street. We bought so many things as souvenirs for our family, friends, teachers and so on.

Then, we went for a visit at Eden Mountain. The mountain is a passive volcano. It would not erupt anymore.
Finally, we went to Eden Park, home for the strongest rugby team in the world, All Blacks. We took many photographs there. We planned to enter the stadium, but the stadium was closed. We were very proud to visit there. Even though not all of us played rugby, but we still can reach Eden Park.
